Medical Outreach Program 2009 is organized by Betty Bantug Benitez Foundation at Don Alejandro Acuña Yap Quiña Arts and Cultural Center, Victorias City. 
Hundreds of beneficiaries from different barangays in the city were able to recieved free medical consultation and dental services
