World-famous urban planner Architect
Felino Palafox Jr. along with his team conducted an initial visit to look at
Victorias and help the City in its urban development plan last Aug. 17-19.
The City under the leadership of
Mayor Francis Frederick Palanca, plans to put up a New Government Center and
Green Business Park among others.
Senior
Associate/Engineer Albert Tanching and Designer Joevic Mondejar was with
Palafox.
Palafox’ team
conducted a ground survey and they visited the proposed sites for the City’s proposed
projects and other development areas.
They had preliminary
discussion with the Mayor and key officials and employees of the City over
dinner at Peñalosa Farms.
There are no definite partnerships
yet but after the site visit, Architect Palafox will propose his development
plan for Victorias to Mayor Francis Frederick Palanca.
