Fifty eight couples said “I do” during the 2nd civil mass wedding for 2014 of the City at the Don Alejandro Acuña Yap Quiña Cultural and Arts Center last April 25 which is incidentally in time for the 108th Malihaw Festival.
Kasalan 2014 had the theme,
“Asenso Victroiahanon! Buas Damlag sang Pamilya Aton Tamdon.”
Mayor Francis Frederick Palanca
was the solemnizing officer with Vice Mayor Jerry Jover and City Councilors
Dexter Senido, Sulpicio Montinola, Vicent Marie Roa, Ronilo Sarito and Teodoro
Panisales as principal sponsors.

dance, releasing of doves, throwing of bouquet and bachelor’s garter, sharing
of cake and the toasting of wine which was led by Councilor Roa.
